We are pleased to announce about our partners Grand opening,  Nicosia City Center and Wrike Cyprus offices which took place on Monday in an impressive ceremony.

NCC is a building with a total construction area of 12,000 sq.m. which consists on the ground floor of shops where dining areas, cafeterias will be housed and on the upper floor of offices.

At the ceremony it was emphasized that the building has received the prize at the European Property Awards, “Best Mixed Used Development”, for the years 2022 and 2023 and will represent Europe in a global competition that will take place in February in London with the aim of being awarded as the best building in the global category.
